Get ready for some hot brass at this installment of Balkan Sundays. We got a house band made up of Bay Area Balkan veterans. We'll have Danny Cao on trumpet, Joey Friedman on saxophone, Paul Marini on sousaphone, Marco Peris on tupan, Sean Tergis on darbuka and we'll be sure to have to hard hitters sitting in.
We're still planning on doing Balkan Sundays on the 1st Sundays but it seems like everybody is out of town on September 1st so we moved it to September 8th. Rest assured that Balkan Sundays will be the first Sunday of the month going forward after September 8th. Hope to see you at all of them!
