We have another super hot lineup for you at Balkan Sundays this week. This collaboration features key players from some of the top Balkan Brass bands in the Bay Area. On saxophone and clarinet we’ll have the leader of Fanefare Zambaleta and featured clarinetist in Agapi Mou (and many other bands), Gregory Masaki Jenkins. On trumpet, we’ll have Benji Rifati, who plays in both Inspector Gadje, Fanefare Zambaleta and he will be teaching brass ensemble at Balkan Camp this year. On sousaphone, we’ll have the musical director for Inspector Gadje, Paul Marini. On drums, we’ll have member of Inspector Gadje as well as many other local Balkan bands and you gracious Balkan Sundays host, Sean Tergis. We’re sure to have some local hard hitters come out to join for this one. Don’t miss it!
