The Alex Hand Band is riding the wave of its first full-length album, 2018's Traders of the Lost Arts, with performances featuring songs from this record as well as an upcoming one. The music is a mix of Romanian, Bulgarian, and Macedonian traditional folk dance tunes with original compositions inspired by years of playing these styles and studying music in Eastern Europe.
